Mold workshop: Guarantee of precision manufacturing

The production of the coffee machine begins in the mold workshop, which undertakes many tasks such as mold design, manufacturing, maintenance, improvement and quality inspection. The workshop is equipped with 23 sets of equipment, including wire cutting, CNC machine tools, flat bed, piercing machine, engraving machine, etc., to ensure that each mold can reach the highest accuracy requirements.

Mold is the key to injection molding, which directly determines the accuracy and quality of plastic parts. Design engineers carry out mold design through CAD software to ensure that every detail meets the design requirements. Then, the CNC machine tool is used for precision machining to ensure that the dimensional error of the mold is controlled at the micron level. It is this ultimate pursuit of precision that provides a reliable guarantee for subsequent injection molding.

Sheet metal workshop: The virtuosity of metal working

Sheet metal workshop is the core place of sheet metal processing. The workshop is equipped with 50 advanced equipment, including laser cutting machines, CNC punching machines, precision shears, automatic bending machines, etc., to ensure that the size and shape of every metal part meet the design requirements.

The workflow of the sheet metal shop covers all aspects from drawing design to cutting, stamping, bending, welding and assembly, ensuring the strength and durability of the coffee machine structure.

Through the introduction of the sheet metal workshop engineers understand that each of the operating technicians here will go through strict pre-job training, skilled through the laser cutting machine and CNC punching machine precision processing, through the bending machine and welding equipment for forming and assembly, to ensure the precision strength and durability of parts. It is this exquisite metalworking technique that provides the coffee machine with a high quality body and high-quality internal core components.

Injection molding workshop: The art of plastic molding

The work content of the injection molding workshop covers the production of plastic products, quality control, equipment maintenance and maintenance. The workshop is equipped with 39 sets of equipment, including injection molding machine, hopper dryer, suction machine, mold temperature machine, etc., to ensure the efficient production of plastic products and stable quality.

Injection molding is not just a simple plastic processing, it is more like an art. Intelligent automated production, precise control of the temperature, pressure and injection speed of the injection molding machine, to ensure that the surface of every plastic part is smooth and accurate. In addition, the workshop is equipped with a built-in electrostatic spray molding machine and coating line to provide a beautiful and durable surface treatment for the coffee machine housing.

Final assembly workshop: The final presentation of intelligent production

After precision machining in sheet metal, mold and injection molding workshops, the individual components of the coffee machine are finally assembled in the final assembly workshop. Through digital, automated and intelligent production methods, the assembly workshop ensures that every coffee machine can meet the high quality and high performance standards. The workshop is equipped with multiple production lines for household series, business series, commercial series and one-stop products to complete diversified product production.
